I have a 92 4runner 2WD but when I buy suspension parts, I have to order 4WD parts... Is it like that for anyone else? My sway bar links aren't the straight up and down ones like the 2WD ones and I also have a steering damper which I guess are only on the 4WD models

 

Same rig as 4wd your just missing a front diff and transfer case. Just like a pre runner.

So a 92 2runner uh?

 

Yea it might as well be a 2runner haha. According to AutoZone and other auto parts stores, 2WD and 4WD have different suspensions.
