1988 4runner 22re cuts out on acceleration

So I have been having several issues with tho rig, I fix one issue, another pops up, fix that one, another pops up. So first was dealing with a hard start which turned out to be my fuel filter having the slightest leak that was terribly difficult to stop the banjos from leaking; then the tps, but the new one is making no sense to me! Since replacing and adjusting my tps (to specs per 4crawlers website) I am unable to accelerate past about 3000rpms before it cuts out, it bounces almost like hitting rev limiter. No codes, swapped igniter, no go (just had a spare so I thought I'd try it) no vacuum leaks, intake leaks, nothing. I'm vet thrown off by this. Any ideas would be awesome

Does it act like it's not getting fuel for a quick second and then return to normal?

No it seems like an electronic issue, it's just like is hitting rev limiter, and if you mash on the throttle, you can hear the intake get louder and it almost bogs down enough to kill it
