Okay I managed to get part of my problem fixed witht the brakes put a new master cylinder on it and that corrected the brake problem however I still have an idling problem. When I first start it cold it runs and idles fine after the engine warms up it idles a little high and every time I touch the brake pedal it starts this motorboating thing where the idle drops then comes back up then drops and as long as my foot is on the brake pedal it does this I let off and it returns to its normal idle even though its higher than what it is when you first start it cold. So what could be my problem?

 

I forgot to mention that it is the 22re motor.
