rear window key swich not working

rear window key swich not working
ever since I got the runner the rear switch has not worked. i checked once to find no power to it
thought i read some place there is a relay under a pannel some place
its a 94 can some one narrow down the location of it before it tear apart the whole thing

The Relay is in rear cargo storage compartment drivers side.
