Syrus54 - 1992 Toyota Pickup 4WD Issues

1992 Toyota Pickup, 2dr X-cab V6.... I think it's DX model, i dunno. It has Cruise Control.
Manual Trans, Power Steering (that doesnt work).

Issue #1:

SUPER-Loud grinding in the Front Passenger Wheel everytime I hit a bump, at speeds faster than 30MPH.

It happens in 2WD, and 4WD as well...What's wrong with it? Wheel Bearing? Spindle Bushing?

Issue #2:

When in 4WD High, the truck Vibrates like crazy. It's like my foot's on the brake, and it just goes SUPER SLOW at FULL-THROTTLE.

Any ideas of the cause?

I'm still learning about these trucks myself, but i would crawl up underneath the truck and start pushing up on things like the exhaust, gas tank, fuel/brake lines. I think something is just really loose and that kind of shock is enough to move it. If it is a hard-parts issue, look at your control arm bushing, jack up each front tire individually and make sure your half shafts are not running out of travel room, shocks are not loose in their mounts, stuff like that.

Auto or manual?

I put in a new wheel bearing, and while there's a BIG improvement, there's still a massive Vibration and GRINDING issue.

It's quiet at low-low speeds, but between 25 and 45 it slips out, grinds & vibrates. At 50mph and above, sometimes it re-aligns, and goes quiet.

What the hell's broken? What do I need to fix???

Please Help

*** UPDATE ***

Incase anyone else has this issue, here' the fix:

It's a little Brass Bushing that Holds the CV Joint in the Front Wheel.
The CV Joint is bouncing up and down like crazy.

The cause is MOST LIKELY the mis-matched front and rear Gears.
