removing running boards

does anyone know how to remove running boards off of a 2001 4runner?

Just look for the bolts where they attach to the body on the underside of the vehicle. 6 bolts per side. Pretty straight forward and your rig will look so much better afterward.

I just yanked mine off, took about 30 minutes and I'm slow. Though I did manage to almost slit my wrist on one of the rear brackets somehow.
