The tip of my key for the truck broke inside the key ignition and I got two new keys today is their a way to open it up and get the peace of key out

Any locksmith will have a tool called a "key extractor" which is designed for that purpose. You can buy one, but in my experience it's really a matter of "touch." I'd just pull the cylinder, drop it off at a locksmith, and pick it up after lunch.
