1st Generation Rear Window Relay Refurbishing

Okay i have a question for those who have/may have or will soon be refurbishing their rear window relay on the 1st Gen 4Runners.

I have done a bit of looking around and see the following relays being used to fix their relays. Which did you use or which would you use.

G5LE-1-DC12

This relay part seems to be to big to fit in the enclosure, but many are using it.

SRD-S-112D

This relay seems to fit better into the enclosure and it seems to work well.

please tell me which you think is better.

Good One Terry, glad to see you here as well...

Here's another link to a 1st Gen rear window relay repair:

https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f115...tralia-219010/

And using pretty much the similar tech here's the second gen 4runner rear window repair:

https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f128/back-window-relay-fix-1990-4runner-137310/

The relays they use i think are the same relays, so there shouldn't be an issue to use either relay, at least that is what I think. Its just a matter of preference.
