I got my new rebuilt engine 3vze

Well

I did it, and I picked up my 93 4runner 3vze, Auto 4X4 - New completely rebuilt motor...

Pictures coming up, they had to bore the block (Im not a mechanic so thats what I think he said), new pistons, new rings, bearings.. bottom and top end complete redone, they said also thermostat, oilpump, etc.. for $1700.00, this did not include new hoses though?

The warranty is 12,000 mile 12 month warranty....

I am driving the 4runner now, it doesnt not shake any more, nor does it do the rattle on the bottom that sounded like a rod bearing (from what I read on here).

It does feel more sluggish right now? maybe cuz im breakin it in?

yeah it will feel a bit sluggish untill it loosens up a bit, baby it for the 1st 1000 change the oil, then you should have an engine that will outlast the truck

The V6 gets a bad rap but it's not a bad motor. Are they prone to headgasket failure, yes. But it does not usually occur until well over 200,000mi.
