BJ Spacers with Rancho 5000's

Sometime this week I'm gonna get a set of 1.5" 4crawler BJ spacers to match my zuk mod and I was wondering if my 0-1" lift Rancho 5000's would be okay. I just got a new set for the rear and they don't seem to be limiting travel (from what I can tell by "driveway flexing"), but I wanted to confirm on the fronts since stock IFS doesn't have much travel to begin with.

I've read about shimming the top of the shock, but I'm not sure where to get the "shims" or if they're even recommended.

Summit claims:
9.375" compressed
13.375" extended
