Advice needed: fix, sell, part out?

Need a little help here. I'm at a stalemate with my 1991 Xtra cab V6 3.0 4x4. It has 210,000 miles on the body. Roughly 100,000 miles on a factory replaced 3.0 done by Toyota.

It looks like the engine is beginning to fail again. Overheating, shaky, bad compression, etc.

Not including the purchase price I've got over $6,000 into this over the past two years (not including engine replacement from previous owner). I've put all I've got into this and honestly I'm kind of over it.

Newer BFGs, ARB bumper, SR5 model, tons of OEM parts from under 20,000 miles. What should I do? Dump another $2k-$3k for yet another engine? Sell it "as is?" Part it out?

Any help would be great and thank you in advance.

And it might be another 6k in the next 2 years! How much do you love your truck? If its clean, start looking for a 3.4 donor!

If you were to keep it, I would do 3.4 swap as well. I love my 22, but I wouldnt drop down in size if I were you. If you dont feel like swapping the motor, the part it out and get something more towards what you want as an end product.
