I want to upgrade the speakers on my 4th gen: front/rear door speakers and subwoofers.

I do not want to replace the head unit. If I need to add an Amp, I would like to be able to put it in the glove compartment or under the seats.

What do people suggest I get? I am completely clueless to car audio, and would like any advice.
