susp lift of spacers?

im fairly a newbie when it comes to lifts but i wanted to gain a little bit of ground clearance. just b/c the road i drive on daily has some mean dips/potholes which even my stock 97 2wd susp. sometimes has a problem getting through. im not planning to put any bigger tire sizes or nothing. just simply wanting 1.5-2.5"

now from what i researched here on this site, it looks like ome's and cornfed spacers are a good choice. and i think theyre in my price range. now what advantages/disadvantages do they have over each other? i dont off road, so id prefer factory ride. any other routes i can go? someone help me out. thanks in advance.

Cornfed is probably the best way to go for you. You'll still be using at least part of your original suspension so the ride will probably be as close to stock as you can get.
