I have an 86 4Runner with a tired 22re in need of a rebuild. Do you guys have any recommendations or places I should definitely stay away from? I work full time and have a 4 year old so unfortunately I don't really have the time, expertise, or tools to get it done myself. Any help would be appreciated. I gotta get this thing out of the garage and back on the trails!

 

Depends on what side of town you're on - I have a friend who is a Toyota mechanic and he builds Toyota based crawlers, customs, hot rods and he has full shop that can do anything to any vehicle. He is the only person I take my truck to for repairs I can't handle myself. His name is Weston and the shop is called Dahn Automotive. Its on Arizona Ave just north of the 202 in Chandler.
