Vibration and Low Humming sound in my 06 Tacoma

Vibration and Low Humming sound in my 06 Tacoma
I recently started hearing a humming sound and feeling a slight vibration in my steering wheel. I'm wondering what it is, it starts at about 20 mph and goes away when I turn to the right but continues if I turn left. Is it a bad U joint or could it be tie rods?
