pretty hard to screw up "93 toyota offroad rear bumper" in a search engine like google, which will net you at least half a dozen different manufacturers to check out. i know it works since i just did it and it took all of 10 seconds

Ah, you didn't mention you wanted one for pulling... I'd be willing to bet most any plate steel rear bumper that is TRULY rated for pulling would cost a pretty penny and $800 doesn't seem too far off. The title said "rock bumper" so you threw me off a bit...

I'd suggest a real hitch if you're doing that much pulling but to each their own. I hope you aren't pulling anything too heavy, aside from the bumper there are a lot of other factors to think of.

P.S. Check out 4xinnovations They seem to have some stout stuff at a decent price, although I'm not sure they are rated for what you want to do

If you want a bumper rated for towing, use the non-existent Tundra in your avatar...

Most if not all those offroad bumpers will be ok for towing since they are usually beefed up and well anchored to the frame. It's not like you can tow much with our rigs anyways. Reason why they don't have a tow rating is because they have to undergo expensive testing to get that certification, which the big companies like Warn and ARB can afford to do. Plate bumpers will always be higher in price. You may want to call up some fab shops and see what they can make you one for.

4xinnovations does claim their bumper is rated for towing. Also try Tactical Armor Group, they have a pretty basic plate bumper you can add a hitch receiver to.

Ive not heard great things about TAG, aka Kennesaw Mtn Offroad. And Im almost certain they dont make anything for older trucks.

UrbanAssault has their bumper and has been happy with it from what I know. But he is literally the only person I know that has had decent luck with them. Just a warning. Its your truck, so good luck!!
