add coil spacer 1"-1.5" leveling kit to OME suspension lift?

add coil spacer 1"-1.5" leveling kit to OME suspension lift?
Just read that OME doesnt recommend using coil spacer leveling kit on their shocks/suspension lift.
Has anyone or you know anyone that has done this and had success? I have a 2.5" front and rear OME suspension lift and want to level the front. That should put my front around 2.5-3' total with coil spacer leveling kit. Would I need to drop differential or adjust steering?
