I'm stuck researching parts to rebuild my recently purchased STOCK 88 4runner EFI shell ( interior, trans, and ecu / harness is intact)

I'm seeing that there are a few different driveshaft and transmission setups on the 22r/22re, and I don't want to run into problems down the road By guessing which driveshaft I should be running.

I've already bought, and will be running a 22r/22re long block (how can I distinguish which is which?)

From the research I've found and understand, 86-95 drivetrains are all quite similar. I'm lost as far as which trans I have, and which driveshaft is needed. If I'm comprehending correctly, the 3vz driveshaft isn't interchangeable with 22r driveshafts / transmissions?

So my question is, which driveshaft(s) are compatible and best to go with on this stock setup?
