OK, I'm about at the point I'm ready to reassemble the heads etc. on my 3.0 V6. When I removed them I did as several you do and pulled the passenger side head with crossover attached. I am reluctant to put it back in the same fashion because I am concerned about any lateral movement that may be required to position the heads and messing up the gasket. Have any of you removed yours with the crossover and put it back piece by piece with any success. It would seem that it would be easier to tighten it back than to loosen at the outset.
