Rear Shackle Mount Question

Does anyone know where I can get a new rear shackle mount to weld on the frame?

My 89 Pickup's rear mount is pretty rusted out and I would like to weld a new one on.

I've done a search and can't find the answer. I'm new to this forum so I haven't quite found my way around yet. I'm sure I will, I'm doing a basic 50% rebuilt of this Pickup (i.e. fixing the rear area of the frame, putting in a rebuilt 22RE, small lift and new paint).

Thanks

Then you are going to have to make you're own I'm afraid or you're SOL.

I was afraid of that. So you are saying that there are no aftermarket mounts that are OEM width?

making shackes is easy. 2 pieces of plate with the same holes and if you want to get fancy a support piece in between really simple
