Brand new truck ready to be stripped.







Fiberglass bed.. This stuff itches like hell when you sand and drill it. It does seem very tough.

Deaver spring for Defined Engineering spring under conversion

Spring under conversion.



Adding Defined Engineering Shock hoops.

Thos setup has alot more droop than up travel. I found this out after i built truck. Since this vehicle will be fetching 800 to 1000 lbs in severe terrain i had to modify it a bit.

Glassworks fenders..drill and fit.

Chaos long travel arms VS stock. This is the 2inch kit.

Rear shook hoops installed..try to get them as far forward as you can in the slots or else you will have to do extra cutting on fenderwells!!!

All pro Tacoma rails being painted

Defined Engineering rear spring under conversion. Truck sits a bit low in rear in my application so i had to lift the rear with a shackle flip.

Got to add a Snorkle on those Glassworks fenders...and fill in the liners.

Bumper ends have to be extended to match wide fenders.


Front ARB Diff locker install. Rear is upgraded to a TRD LSD from an 05 model..to hell with Auto LSD.

Extended axles for long travel kit.

More Chaos.

After driving the truck i modified the rear shackles to suit our needs for the jungle roads.



My wife got a shock seeing the deff in her freezer.

Boiling the ring gear.

Fits like a glove!!!

Template for reenforcing bumper mounts. Originals are paper thin.


Budbuilt gastank skid plate.

Timbren SES bumpstops..work super great.


Front diff locker switches.

Tiregate said not to mount on fiberglass fenders. It was done with modifications and reenforcement. Sturdy as a tank.

Limit straps were eventually tossed as we did lift the rear and found no use for them. Timbren bumpstops were mockup for fox Air bumps.

No need for limit straps. The drive shaft was shortened 1cm to avoid full compression at full droop.
