Took the heads off had them machined and cleaned up, yesterday finally got the mess of vacuum hoses and wires back in place, and then tried starting it. The engine turned over and caught for a second before dying, doesn´t even come up to idle RPM. Any ideas what it might be? Any ideas what it might not be? Places to start? As far as I know the valves and shims were correctly adjusted when they were machined.
