Dealership, Firestone, 3 local mechanics cannot solve stalling/idle problem
1992 4Runner, great condition, 4x2 SR5, 160,000 m, new timing belt, vacuum hoses, EGR valve, MAF, ignitor, spark plugs, fuel filter, coil, ECT sensor all replaced by mechanics. IAC adjusted as well. Engine runs great one day then rpms constantly dropping and stalling other days, at idle and on highway. No one can seem to troubleshoot this problem including a paid mechanic forum, justanswer.com. Spending alot of $$ with no results, can anyone suggest what to check next?

Check the electrical connections at the fuel pump. Also, check the battery cables/ground wires for corrosion at the connections and where the wire attaches to the end.
