85 4runner Front Axle Seal Questions

On my 85 4runner, there seems to be oil/grease on the knuckles of my front axle. On the back (side closest to diff) there is a metal ring holding on a seal to the knuckle, bolted to the whole hub assembly. These are around 10, 10mm bolts and all are pretty loose and not tightened down, should they be tightened down to a torque spec or are they suppsoed to remain loose to make movement easier?
Thanks

Tighten them down and they'll shear. Snug is about all they will take.
Knuckle service kit will let you rebuild the knuckles.

Im guessing it the inner axle seals, correct? Previous owner said he rebuilt it not to long ago, so i rather just do the seals instead of the whole thing.
Using this method, i can do this right?: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o3Y5bQGiezY
What parts, gaskets, seals etc. will i need in addition to the inner axle seals?

I should probably replace the felts and rubber seals on the knucle as well along with the rock ring, so this kit should work well correct?: http://www.jtoutfitters.com/knuckle-...soqgjgnkl500c6
And using the method in the video, do i have to pack the housing with grease or add any fluids or anything besides changing out the diff fluid when im done?
Thanks

Why are you rebuilding it if just rebuilt?

There is diff fluid leaking onto the knuckle ball, so im guessing the inner axle seal was not replaced or started leaking. Im going to use heavier duty seals so it should work better, everything else is perfect besides that.
Out of these 2 kits, are there any major differences in quality or materials, or are basically the same?
