Rear diff/Drive shaft (Pic & Vid)
So I crawled under my truck to grease her up and I found this.
Is there supposed to be this much play?
And I'm assuming a seal has given up...

Well, maybe not all tool boxes, unless you're speaking of the FSM being in the box. 
Some of the u-joints are pressed in to the yokes, some are circlip.
The OP's look like the pressed ones. A shop should charge like 15-25 to press them in/out.
As for the fluid leak, the seal is gone. With the worn u-joint, I'd guess the pinion bearings have taken a beating too... though hopefully it's just the preload on the bearings has relaxed a little bit and let the shaft slap the seal into leak mode.
