oversized valves into 3vze

I'm doing a head job in near future, and thinking of going with larger valves... Probably just 1mm. Has anyone done this, or recommend valves to go with?

Also, I believe ill need shims? ...Will I need to know what size shims to buy, or do they come in a kit?

And how about springs?

as for valves, you're limited by what size seat can be cut into the head, or if your seat can be cut to accomodate larger valves, and such. 1mm should be okay but I suggest talking with an expert, for instance talk with engnbldr.com. larger valves could push you into having an "interference engine" and should the cam belt slip or break you may end up with major damage.

shims are going to depend on the cam and how the valves sit, as in there is no "kit" for a new head / valves / cam. Everything has to be put together, measured and then what shims are needed are installed. no cookie cutter thing. you might even have to change shims 2-3 times before everything measures out.
