22re rebuild time. need advice on internals and other upgrades

It started with a blown head gasket, and now as I get into it and see how worn out the damn thing is, Im just gonna do a complete overhaul. I want to throw some nice parts in her while ive got it torn apart, and Im open to all reccomendations or things i should avoid.

1.) I need a new head, who should i go to?

2.) Cam? id like to put a bigger cam in, but i havent the foggiest on what kind or who to go to

3.) Id like to have it bored out, but the question is how much?

4.) Pistons/rods? of course Ill need new pistons, so who do yall reccomend?

5.) Flywheel - current one has heat cracks all over, so what should i get to replace it? oem? lighter? heavier?

6.) What else should I replace while ive got it torn down?

Any advice or reccomendations would be greatly appreciated. Im brand new to toyota, so i dont know a whole lot about all the different options available. totally different than the old carbed v8's im used to

I also vote engbldr.com

They sell a really nice assembled head probably cheaper then having yours rebuilt and for a little extra loot you can get the performance head they offer if you wanna go that route. they also sell everything you would need to rebuild the rest of the motor including a nice cam for some extra poop . From what I know about boring Toyota's I think you only wanna bore as much as needed to rebuild it .

you might consider a factory toyota head gasket ...but shhh dont tell engnbldr I said that. lol
And be sure to buy new valve adjuster screws from toyota as well It will really help to have a quieter motor .There is 8 of them an they will run about $4 to $6 each.
