Sometimes the only thing harder than finding the money to do things is finding the time to get them done!
Bad front axle, idler arm and front brakes slowed me up a bit but I finally got the top repaired and painted and the windows tinted. A little farther along.

 

wow top looks great..how long did it take you to do it? did you rattle can it? also what front bumper/brushguard is that?

 

That top looks really good! Nice work! Worth all the time spent. Sometimes I think I'm stupid always doing my own work vs paying someone else but after I finally get time and finish the job its one good feeling. Not only money saved but you know how well the work was done and nearly always learn something else about the truck!

Top was done in white Rustolium diluted with mineral spirits and shot through a Harbor Frieght $14 spray gun. Couple of days to sand down th PO's primer and bondo a couple of small cracks. I'll do the whole thing this way. If I take the time to block & buff it should turn out real good but I don't know if it's worth the trouble knowing that it's just going to get scratched anyway. The bumper is stock and I'm not sure what the brushguard is it was on it when I bought the truck.
