Any welders in San Diego who have some experience welding quarter/body panels want to help me out with a side job?

I needed a rear quarter panel section welded in on one side, and on the other side I just needed a small section of 20 gauge welded over a smaller hole.

Already have the other piece of tin from the donor car ready to go.

Doesn't need to be perfect, but don't want a total hackjob either.

I'm also looking for a welder to:

• Remove tack welds on installed bumper,
• Modify to add a step
• Modify for bolt-on install

Reason being aftermarket bumper blocks access to spare tire lift mechanism (moron engineering)
