Vaccuum canister 90 4runner in passenger fender well ?

So last week I installed trailgear bumpers on my 1990 3.0 4runner. Now I want to do some trimming to clean up the front end. There is a canister with two vaccumm lines running to it that is mounted in the passenger side fender well area that I want to cut. What is this canister and is it necessary to keep? If I have to I'll relocate it but if I can I'd like to just get rid of it altogether.

That is the vacuum canister for the ADD control system for the front Differential.

Thanks guys. Repositioning it won't affect the performance of the add system will it?

No. Just a vacuum tank.
