Is my suspension shot?

Is my suspension shot?
So I've been looking into getting a slide in camper and thus have been researching what I need to do to my truck to get it ready for the heavy load. Looking under my truck the other day I noticed that my leaf springs dont' have the curve that I think they should. They're pretty much flat and over the axle they may even flex a bit the opposite way they should. There's some pics below...is this how my leaf springs should look or are they shot. I'm leaning towards shot given the other threads I've seen that are similar to this. Here's some pics:

The first 4 pics are the driver side, the last two are the passenger side. Sorry for how dark they are. I have a feeling those may be a bit big....sorry about that, I'm new to posting pics like this.
Any help is appreciated,
Thanks!

I don't know about that Zuk mod....seems sketchy. So I'm looking for suggestions as to the best solution here for my situation. Here's the situation:
My truck (04 4x4 TRD SR5 v6 5 speed) is my DD and I don't really go wheeling with it. I live in the Sierras and live up a long steep road that gets deep snow in the winter thus the 4x4. I do take the truck off the pavement occasionally but never on anything too gnalry. I'm buying a slide in camper for my truck mainly for a month long (~3000mi) road trip I'm taking in June. Other than that I'll probably use the camper on much more local weekend adventures maybe once a month. I also haul a very heavy load once an year for an annual outing. The camper weighs no more than 600# (not sure of the exact weight yet) and my gear shouldn't add more than another 300#. Total weight in the bed shouldn't exceed 1000#.
Do you guys think that adding airbags will provide enough assistance to my tired suspension to accomodate the load? If not, what about an add a leaf and airbags? Last option is all around OME springs and new shocks with the airbag system. I'm not necessarily opposed to that if it is necessary but if one of the two cheaper options will suffice and allow me to maintain my nice ride when the truck isn't carrying the camper then I'd prefer that.
Please give me your input!
Thanks!
