weird air box noise

'91 Toyota Pickup 22R-E weird air box noise
Does anyone have a clue what this noise is? I brought my truck into a Toyota dealer to get an oil change and drove away with this. When i went back they pulled the "oh, that's normal. may be new, but totally normal". 
Any help would be great, thanks!
