Starter issue
I have a '88 4Runner that I'm having a starter issue with. It only does this from time to time and not when I take it to the mechanic so he can't really tell me what the issue is. Sometimes when I turn on the ignition it does nothing. The lights on the dash light up and the headlights are strong but it won’t start. It makes a (one) click behind the dash but that’s it. Usually if I wait a while and try it again it will start. Anybody have a similar issue or know how to fix this?
