This my seem like a very noobish question, but I didn't find any direct answer when i did a search.
Do i need reverse or standard gears in my 7.5 low pinion IFS diff?
From what i gather, if it is a low pinion it needs standard gears, and a high pinion has reverse gears. Correct?
I'm double checking because i don't want to accidentally buy the wrong gears and be screwed out of money when they won't work...

 

High pinions are 8" and are, as far as I am aware, the only option that requires reverse cut gears. There is only one type of gear available for your front 7.5" ifs diff.

I saw a reverse cut gear for a 7.5. But i just did a little more searching (after reading your post) and found out its for the 95-02 taco's.
