Fuel Pump Wiring Nightmare...

I have researched and researched and cant seem to find the problem... My fuel pump is not getting power. These are the steps that I took to eliminate as many possibilities as possible.

1. Checked EFI fuse
2. Replaced EFI relay.
3. Pump is good because I ran direct wire to it and it turns on and pressurizes the system.

The relay will not click when key is turned over but if I put direct power to the relay as if it was coming from the ignition switch it clicks and works and puts power to the wire going to the pump but the pump still does not turn on. I'm looking at the wiring diagram in my PDF and am just lost and don't know what else to try.

So it seems it could be the ignition switch but I checked it and it gives power when the key is turned over. I heard there was an ignition fuse but I cant find it anywhere??

Any idea where it is or what else I can try?

Thanks

Take note from RMA's posted link that the VAFM is also part of the circuit. The engine has to turn over to open the VAFM flapper to complete the circuit and give the fuel pump power. Good luck
