95 V6 fuel filter and hard lines

Been reading about the fuel filter woes of working with the 4R fuel filter. Tried everything suggested to remove the absolutely rust frozen lines from the old filter. Probably never been changed. Has anyone paid to have the hard lines replaced? Cost?

Thanks for the help.

Does the '95 have banjo bolts? My '94 has regular brass flare nuts. https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f116...ctures-218962/
