The issue is this. About a month ago the rear passenger window would not lower from the drivers side. Well last week my son lowered the window and now it will not go up. I tried cleaning the switch on both the drivers side and at the door with no success. I ordered a new master switch and door switch thinking this would fix the problem. Well it made the rear door lower much faster but it will still not raise. Is this a motor issue? I can't hear the motor straining at all.

 

In Fact, I can't hear anything out of the motor...
