Ok so the title kinda tells the problem... Trouble shot it a bit. Dont have and power to the 20 amp fuse in driver side kick panel also no power to heater fan? Im lost on it and its rainy and winter time here in washington! A little help would be appreciatd.... Thanks!

Best rout to take to access Heater relay? I already checked out the motor is all good... You dont have to pill the dash ou do you? I'd like to try to fix this on my own instead of havein the shop take care of it.

 

Just pull the glove box...(1) 10mm bolt and a handful of philips screws. While the relay may have failed, it is far more common for the blower resistor to burn up.
