1990 4runner heater queations???

I have a 1990 4runner and on my way to work in freezing cold weather my heater decided it didn't want to work anymore. So I'm wondering if there's a fuse? or if you guys think its the resistor? Or the blower motor it self.

Did the fan stop working? Usually when you blow the resistor the fan will only blow on the highest setting.
