in the middle of working on my truck...how does the belt tensioner go back on

in the middle of working on my truck...how does the belt tensioner go back on

took off the pully and belt tensioner as one housing and it looks like to put in back on you would need to put the housing back on and then slide in the belt tensioner with the two bolts?

The tensioner bolts? Yes. See page EG2-46 of above timing belt FSM.

how do you re-install hydraulic tensioner, how do you push pin back in? or should i just get a new one?

Compress it with a large c clamp or a vise.
