Toyota Stout 1900

couldnt read the card in the window clearly, said it was a 1960 something?

Also in that file is a few pics of a crawler that was "legally" a 1977 toyota but had a the cab of an 82 with the block of an 83 celica with a propane conversion.

both trucks are cool...on the truggy, I would love to have it, minus the wheels..suspension would be killer

 

Gotta love that finish on the stout.We dont need any stinkin paint. Good old southwest patina.

this is an annual car show here, everything from model-A's, '77 Lotus Elise, Ferrari's, Rat Rods, EVERYTHING! lol. I like the vehicles that are less "typical" of shows. A few years ago I entered a custom Hummer H1, an airbagged F150 lowrider, and my moddified 06 Subaru STI all in a row.

 

car shows like that are the best and that stout would be a fun project for sure.

 

wow .. I took my Trekker to 9 car shows so far this year .. (1 more to go) and in all those shows , I saw only 1 other toyota , a restored FJ40 .. thats it ...

I would LOVE to hit a show with more toyotas
