22re idle speed in gear

Ok so with the addition of finally getting off my tail and running the wire for my tach in my Sr5 cluster I did months and months ago I can now see what my idle Speed is. when I crank the truck up the idle speed is correct. However once I put it in gear my idle speed drops to 400 rpms. And this is on the verge of cutting it off.

My ?. How do I adjust the idle for when in gear. (automatic btw) without screwing the idle when not in gear (I.e. Just cranking it up)

Thanks!
