Long Bed/ Short Bed

I have a 82 toyota long bed but the beds I can find around here are short beds. What kind options do I have to make short bed fit?

shorten the long bed frame.
buy another shortbed box and use the parts from both beds to extend the front and rear to make it fit your frame.
buy a long bed

Flatbed.
