Vaccum Hose Locations

I have a vacuum hose coming from the idle up VSV that is plugged with a screw. This is messed up because I'm trying to figure out why my idle up A/C isn't working and this is the first thing I noticed. The hose was actually hidden underneath the other bunch of hose in the same area. The hose is labelled #2 and I've added a couple of red arrows pointing at it. You can see it in the picture linked below. It is a large detailed picture so I'm just going to post a link to it on my web space. I need to know where this hose actually goes. I've looked all over that general vicinity and can't find a port for it. Any assistance would be appreciated. See my signature for vehicle type. Thank you.

right where those other lines connect to the intake there should be 3 ports....all together in a triangle. one may have a rubber plug on it.
