What Cam should I put in my 22r

So im building a toyota 22r its either a 81 or 82 the guy I got it from said it was out of an 85 but when I tore it down it had the double timing chain. I want something thats gonna sound good. I like the sound of the one below. Let me know what yall think

Could be that someone put a double row in later model engine. There's a way to tell if it's the earlier or later block...but I forget what it is. Something about a "saturn" mark on the side of the block.

IMO a cam that large in a crawler/DD is completely stupid. It's not gonna give any low end whatsoever. It's all gonna be top RPM power which is useless in most trucks. It might even take away from the bottom end power you got now. Also notice the holley carb he's got on that. He is either over carb'd or has some serious work done to the internals of that engine. My best guess without looking at the rest of his youtube videos is that truck isn't a crawler and is a mud bog truck where he needs all the top end power he can get.

I agree...that rig is DEFINITELY not a crawler setup. "Mall Crawler" maybe.

there's a fine line between mall crawler and mud truck, IMO that's a mud truck.
