The truck had rotted out metal diamond plate for the bed previously, so i cut it all out. Ive got a little left to do, but its down to mostly just the flatbed supports now.

Still have 1 rim left to paint. Replaced the manifold gasket, and ran new exhaust piping. She now dumps on the drivers side behind the cab.

Got ride of all the old rotted metal and plywood which was the flatbed when I bought it. Found a bunch of pressure treated lumber on craigslist for free! Steaks are mounted just need the side boards still.

You did a great job on the bed. What did you do to the front bumper? hit a tree? Looked fine the last post 2 months ago on 10/20, off-roading?
