Welding Frame reinforcement on New Bumpers

Welding Frame reinforcement on New Bumpers
Hey all,
I'm constantly working on improving my 85 4runner and the next stop is some bumpers.
I'm in the Pensacola, FL area and am looking for anyone nearby that has the means and no-how to weld the frame supports for the Trail-Gear Rear Bumpers and possibly the front frame reinforcement as well.
I don't have a welder or the experience necessary to tackle this...so thought I'd just throw it out there. Thanks
