4runner a/c fan no low speed

I've searched to no avail on this, I've recently found that the "lo" speed for the vent fan on my '01 4runner doesn't work. The other settings work fine, so I've been using the second speed.

Has anyone had this problem? The fan control resistor went out on my 89 pickup a while ago, but that made it only work on high, and I assume it's a totally different fan control system.
Any thoughts?

Same thing happened to mine, i believe it's called the blower resistor. I believe the part is less then 20$ from the dealer if i remember correctly. Takes about 10 mins to replace. Depending on which part you need:
