Clunking after adding rear coils

Ok. Let me see if I can explain this.

When taking off from a stop, I'll let the clutch out slowly as normal and my truck starts creeping forward, then occasionally I'll feel a "thump" as if something engaged pretty hard........(similar to the bump you may feel after throwing the shifter of an AT into gear.

--Doesn't happen every time I go from a stop.
--I only noticed it right after I completed the Tj coilspring mod on my truck rear end. Coincidence?? Not sure how one would affect the other????
--The clutch is new (less than 4k miles on it)

Can anyone give me a possible culprit so I can begin the troubleshooting?

Thanks a bunch!!

Did you replace the clutch and do the coils at the same time?

Sounds like your coils aren't secured.

I just did the tj coils last week. The clutch about 6 months ago. The thump is felt, not heard. I do not believe it's the coils and that it is in the drive train somewhere. Universal joints maybe?

Did this mod change the ride height? If so did you drop the panhard bar? If it did and you didn't look at the fuel tank to see if the drive shaft is hitting , as by lifting the rear you'll change the centering of your rear end
