How can I get rid of all of the emissions junk under the hood?

I've got an 85" pickup with the 22re and I live in an area where there are no emissions laws and want to get rid of all of the emissions junk under the hood. Does anybody know what stuff can go? Is there an article somewhere that shows how to do it?

I was also wondering if there is a company that makes a wiring harness for this truck? Mine is really trashed and I thought it would be a good idea to replace it while I have the motor out. I checked with painless wiring and they told me they don't know of anybody. I also googled it and didn't come up with anything.

I would check out the junkyards for the harness..It's gonna be a job to get it all swapped out..how bad is it chopped up?

As for the emissions I know it can be done, just don't know if anyone has done it. You probably won't be able to get rid of everything since it is FI.

about the only way out of the EFI equipped style is to go to a carb.intake and head, manual distributor and aftermarket elect. fuel pump,,may require some machine work to modify a few things,,
